Transparent Transaction Fees

We only make money when you actually process a payment or secure a table. You have the option to absorb these tiny fees, or automatically pass them on to the customer at checkout.

Table Bookings

per secured booking.
(Only applies to bookings with a deposit or card-on-file. Free bookings are free!)

When a customer pays for a round of drinks or drops a £50 deposit for a table, the transaction happens directly between their bank and your connected Stripe account.

Stripe instantly deducts their standard card processing fee.

Yes! Inside your dashboard settings, you can toggle a switch to automatically pass the TableMates platform fee on to the customer at checkout as a small "Booking Fee" or "Service Fee". If you do this, using the platform effectively costs you nothing but your monthly subscription.

Yes. Because we send money directly to you, you will need a standard Stripe account. If you don't have one, our onboarding flow will help you set one up in about 5 minutes.

Absolutely zero. We don't charge you to join, and we don't lock you into 12-month contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time right from your dashboard.
